Hands Cleaners assign a dedicated Project Manager to start every new contract. Organising a new contract takes time and expertise. The Project Co-ordinator will set up systems, select and train staff, ensure they have all the correct work schedules, materials and equipment to work to the high standards we expect and maintain.

Contract managers make frequent checks on all the members of our workforce during their shift to motivate them and maintain good working practices. Regular Quality Inspections are carried out and are supported by Effective Management for control at every level.
